As an approved vendor, we are mandated to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

Property Rules and Regs
 
Weight Limit: There is no weight limit on Inmate Packages. 
 
Package Limit: Each order will be packaged in one box unless a TV or fan was included in the order which would make it necessary to allow for two boxes. 
 
Package Size Limit: 24" x 24" x 18". 
 
Dollar Value Limit: There is no dollar value limit on Inmate Packages. 
 
Products: The products on this website are items which have been approved by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.  The shopping pages are organized into categories (clothing, electronics etc.) and subcategories.  You can choose an item by searching the category or you can type in the item number in the search box and you will be taken to the item of your choice.  If an item does not appear, it is either restricted or no longer available.  If you are uncertain about the eligibility of an item, please contact us.  
 
Sales Tax: Sales tax is required by the State of Wisconsin and will be automatically added to your order.  State and local taxes vary by location of each individual facility.  Please see the tax information below for the specific tax rate of your facility.

Clear Tunes Television Warranty Service Procedures
Union Supply Direct offers 180 day limited warranty service on all Clear Tunes televisions.  SEE THE LIMITED WARRANTY ENCLOSED WITH YOUR PRODUCT FOR THE FULL TERMS OF YOUR WARRANTY.  To return a defective Clear Tunes television within the 180 day warranty period, contact Union Supply Direct Customer Service Department for a prepaid UPS call tag by phone at (562)361-5706 or by mail to PO Box 9018, Rancho Dominquez, CA 90224-9018.  The return package must include: (1) the defective television; (2) a copy of the original receipt, (3) all of the accessories that came with the product, and (4) your full name, inmate number, facility name and physical address (no PO Boxes are accepted). 
 
Out of Warranty Service (where applicable, 181–365 days from original date of purchase):  To return a defective Clear Tunes television within the out of warranty period, send the unit to Clear Inventions, Inc., 2320 E. 49th Street, Vernon, CA 90058.  The return package must include (1), (2), (3) and (4) above and a check payable to Union Supply Group, Inc., in the amount of $50.00 for return shipping.
 
If returned merchandise is found by Union Supply Direct or Clear Tunes, in their sole discretion, to not be defective or you do not meet all applicable requirements above, then your returned product will not be processed and the product may be returned to you.  There is no repair or replacement service available after 365 days from the date of original purchase.  SEE THE LIMITED WARRANTY ENCLOSED IN YOUR PRODUCT PACKAGING FOR THE FULL TERMS OF THE WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO YOUR CLEAR TUNES TELEVISION. 
 
RCA Television Warranty Service Procedures
There is a 180 day warranty service on all RCA televisions.  SEE THE LIMITED WARRANTY ENCLOSED WITH YOUR TELEVISION FOR THE FULL TERMS OF YOUR WARRANTY.  To return a defective RCA television within the 180 day warranty period contact Union Supply Direct Customer Service Department for a prepaid UPS call tag by phone (562)361-5706 or mail PO Box 9018, Rancho Dominquez, CA 90224-9018.  The return package must include: (1) the defective television; (2) a copy of the original receipt, (3) all of the accessories that came with the product, and (4) your full name, inmate number, facility name and physical address (no PO Boxes are accepted).

Returns: Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with any order returns at Union Supply Direct Attention:  Inmate Returns Department, 6300 Commerce Center drive, Building A, Groveport, OH  43125 or call (562)361-5706 or send us an e-mail at WIcustomerservice@unionsupplydirect.com.  If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact the purchaser to determine a resolution.  Used, abused or damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.  All items are only covered by the manufacturer’s warranties.  Please check all of your items upon receipt.   If any of these items are found to be defective or damaged in shipping, you must return these goods within 30 days.  All original boxes and packing materials are required on any returned goods.  These goods will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.  Returned items that are older than 30 days will not be processed.  All merchandise that was ordered in error for any reason can be exchanged for $5.00.  All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.  Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging.  Any returned merchandise that is used or not in original packaging will be returned to you.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
 
Televisions:  Due to manufacturer’s return policies, Union Supply cannot replace engraved television sets.  The engraved sets must be shipped by you to the authorized manufacturer’s service center for repairs.  RCA 13” Clear Digital TV has a warranty of 90 days that includes parts and labor with a one year warranty on the picture tube.  Defective televisions returned to Union Supply Direct within the 90 days of purchase will be replaced with a new one. Defective televisions returned after the 90 days, but within the 1 month period will be replaced for a fee of $70.  All televisions that are returned must include a copy of the original sales receipt and a letter explaining the claim for defect.  A check payment of $70 payable to Union Supply Company should also be included, if within the 3 to 12 month warranty period. 
 
Payment Methods: Orders will be accepted when accompanied by cashier’s check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discovery).  We accept Credit/Debit cards and prepaid cards with Visa/Mastercard logos.  There will be a hold on your credit card/debit card for the amount of the order at the time the order is placed.  The hold on your card will be removed and your card will be charged at the time the package ships.  For prepaid card payments, funds are deducted from your card and placed on hold at the time the order is placed.  A positive balance must be kept in the account until the package ships at which time your card will be charged.

Personal Care Rules and Regs
 
Order Limits: Offenders may receive one (1) hygiene order per quarter. The order must meet a minimum of $20 before taxes or order will be refunded. The order must not exceed $50 before taxes. If the order exceeds the maximum limit of $50, Union Supply reserves the right to cancel and refund any items to meet the limit of $50. Offenders may only receive two (2) total of each item items as outlined in the catalog.

It is the offender’s responsibility to ensure that they comply with the limits and/or restrictions for inmate personal property as referenced in the DAI Policy 309.20.03 Inmate Personal Property and Clothing, Section 1, B, 1-15. Canteen, hygiene and property items are all considered personal property and count towards the 32”x 16” x16” cubic inch requirement outlined in the above policy.
 
Eligibility: Only General Population offenders are eligible to receive a package, General Population is identified in the WICS system as status “GENP”. Offenders located at DCI in the following housing units are also eligible 11FF, 25EW, 25SW, and 25WW.
Each institution reserves the right to determine eligibility for each offender. Package privileges are subject to change without notice.  
 
Product: All items must have the item number, quantity, description, size and price marked clearly on your order form. Union Supply Direct attempts to show and describe merchandise and all related information as accurately as possible. However, Union Supply Direct does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our catalog, order form or website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In addition, manufacturers may make changes in product design, color, package size and style at any time. Union Supply Direct reserves the right to update or correct item information and to change prices and offers at any time. If a product offered by Union Supply Direct is not as described, your remedy is to immediately return it, unused, upon receipt while complying with your facility’s rules and regulations.  
 
Payment Methods: Union Supply Direct accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, money order (we only accept domestic money orders printed in the U.S.), cashier’s check, or personal check (must have name, address, and phone number imprinted on check). Shipping: Shipping is free for all orders.  
 
Delivery Information: Please allow 3 weeks for your order to deliver after it has been placed.  All orders will be shipped by Union Supply with the facility's canteen deliveries and distributed in accordance with each facilities policy.  Please check our FAQ's page on our website for more information.

Returns: The offender will be given an opportunity to inventory the contents of the order in the presence of an employee from the facility. Please check all of your items and report any discrepancies at the time of order receipt. If any of these items are found to be defective or damaged in shipping, please notify the facility employee inventorying your order immediately. The facility employee will verify any discrepancy and report all discrepancies to Union Supply Direct. All verified discrepancies will be corrected by Union Supply Direct with replacement of product or reimbursement of funds. Union Supply is not responsible for any items ordered in error. Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All merchandise that was ordered in error, for any reason, can be exchanged for $6.95. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Any requests made after this date will not be honored. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.
